Sprechen Music Label - 10 Years in Music

Laura worked with cult-favourite record label: Sprechen Music to mark its 10-year anniversary with a hometown celebration at BRUK Bar on the Underbank, and despite the dreadful weather, the venue was buzzing with energy and community spirit.

The event doubled as the launch party for Sprechen’s new ‘Ein Null’ vinyl release, and brought together a line-up of friends and family from across the label’s history: Gina Breeze, Léna C, Chris Massey, Supernature, Psychederek, Old Pal, who delivered deep cuts and all-killer sets well into the night.

A pop-up merch stall completed the celebration, giving fans a chance to take home a piece of the anniversary release.

This wasn’t just a party… it was also the latest instalment of StreamGM’s MainRoom series, which shines a spotlight on grassroots club spaces and underground culture across Greater Manchester.

The StreamGM cameras rolled throughout the night to capture the atmosphere, energy & selector sets in full.

“This is what Stockport’s grassroots scene is all about …” said Producer, Laura Graham. “Sprechen has been doing this for a decade now, and Manchester’s electronic music scene wouldn’t be the same without them. it was great to work on this special event .”
